A dormer window was built into an attic roof to increase space, room lighting, the height of the room, and its ventilation. Attic conversion included fitting a staircase with handrails leading from the existing landing to Attic, all plasterboard plastering timber work, and new Velux Windows.
The attic conversion also includes an en-suite which consists of an electric shower, tray, glass door, toilet, and basin with storage. The en-suite is fully tiled and fitted with a window that lets in more natural light. The attic is fully insulated and finished with electric works and painting.
The attic conversion, from planning to construction to finishes was completed in 3 weeks to a very high standard and space clients can use and enjoy for years to come.
